Domain Name Service
- Image, prestige, and peace of mind with your own domain name! With any hosting package, we will setup or transfer your existing domain to our virtual web servers, free of charge. You are still responsible for your domain registry fees to InterNIC.
Canonical Domain Name - Canonical domain (i.e. yourcomany.wpcomp.com): $25 one-time setup charge (if pointed to a directory other than your main directory. Free otherwise).
Additional domains point to same site: $14.95 (one-time setup charge).
E-mail Accounts (POPs and addresses) - We give you e-mail pop accounts on our servers (except Personal). You can, for example use:
- You can add new address virtually immediately! Give an e-mail address to all of your employees (each has its own login
and password for security reasons).
- Need More? We provide additional POP Accounts for a monthly $20.00 fee per block of 20.
- Most of our competitors give you 'forwards' (we also offer a number of forwards, based on your plan). These are not the
same, and are much less desirable for online marketers. Using forwards, people can e-mail you with any address, but when you reply back to them it doesn't come from the same address! It costs us more to offer this service, but we spare no expense in helping to make you successful.
Disk Storage -
Additional disk space available at $0.10 per megabyte per month, and must be purchased in 100 MB increments. (i.e. $10.00/mo. per 100 MB)
Autoresponders - "E-mail on Demand" - When your customers e-mail your autoresponder address, they automatically receive your information back. Use your autoresponder to send back sales letters, customer support information, order forms, whatever you can think of! Network Traffic - This is how much data may be viewed or downloaded from you. Each gigabyte (GB) of transfer equals approximately
85,000 page views. Should you exceed your monthly transfer limit, you will be billed $5.00 per GB of additional traffic for plans up to Standard EC Plus, $2.50 per GB with Corporate EC and above plans. Lower per GB rates are available for high-bandwidth customers.
Secure Server - Security - all of our hosting packages (excluding Personal), include the use of our Level 3 Security Certificate (SSL3) with
128-Bit Key Encryption. This level of security complies with U.S. Military Specifications for C2 security without any additional charge to you! Studies show that having a secure server can more than triple your sales! You may also opt to purchase your own certificate though us ($169.00), and we will be happy to install it for you free.

Should an issue arise regarding our installed software, network or equipment, support is always provided free of charge. Fast Web Servers - All our systems run a customized version of Linux Redhat, using the powerful Apache Webserver and Apache SSL server for secure transactions.
- We proudly feature Dell;reg PowerEdge Server hardware.
- We use high speed Linux and Windows 2003 servers connected to the Internet over multiple Clear Channel® optical fiber T3 lines. These lines are connected directly to a major internet backbone. Your traffic will speed at OC-12 (622 Mbps) and seal-healing OC-48 SONET ring directly to all six network access points (NAP's) and major peering points around the country without the delays of being transmitted through multiple providers.
- All files are backed up daily, servers are protected by continually monitored battery powered UPS's and, the event of a major outage, is further backed by emergency generators.
- Our Network Operations Center monitors the status of all our servers 24/7/365. Should a failure be detected, a technician
is immediately paged and dispatched to resolve the trouble.
- We maintain tape backups of all server data and web sites for ten weeks. The network and internet links are monitored by our 24x7 network operations center (NOC).
* Windows E-Commerce Hosting - For those who desire to host on Windows, we offer Windows 2003 servers, however, the E-commerce portion of the site will be hosted on a Linux Server. We have found Linux much more stable and secure for our E-Commerce
