Support Services

With WolfPaw Support services, you can do what you do best...run your business. Let us handle administration, updates, and regular maintenance on your website, keeping you free to actually run your business!

From managing and administrating your website, to full systems administration of your home or small office network, WolfPaw gives you the piece of mind to know that your business is in good hands.

We offer a variety of tiered services to provide you with the flexibility of plans to fit any budget.

Standard Hourly Rate (Non-hosted): $95.00 per hour/per incident
Standard Hourly Rate (Hosted): $65.00 per hour/per incident.

Hourly rates are subject to a 1 hour minimum, billed in 1 hour increments. Each incident will be billed a seperately.

Maintenance Plans (below), are billed in 15 minute increments.

Web Support Packages:

We offer support in 3 packages. These options provide you with a discounted block of support for assistance with any third party or custom software you may have installed, updating of your website, or remote administration.

Hosted customers enjoy additional savings off our standard rates.

On Site PC Service (Non-Network):

Our certified PC Technicians will come to your home or office and repair or upgrade your PCs. Perfect for the small office with no dedicated Technical Staff or without the time to take your PCs to the shop. We’ll come to you!^*

On Site Network Service:

Let our certified network engineers manage, build, or maintain your home or small office network. From consulting, design, and installation, to procurement, configuration, and on going maintenance, WolfPaw Computers provides a full range of services for small networks.

All maintenance plans are based on a one year period, starting on the date the contract is executed. Any unused hours at the end of the contract year will be rolled over to the next year’s contract with any renewal^**. Should your needs exceed your plan, additional hours will be charged at 10% off our standard hourly rates.

^*Trip charges are waived for customers within 30 miles of our offices (Dallas,TX Metro area or select Los Angeles, CA areas) who purchase on-site service packages. All other customers - a trip charge or travel expenses may apply.

^**Roll over hours are only available to customers who renew the contract for an additional year. Roll over offer is also valid when to customers who upgrade or downgrade to another maintenance package.

Rates subject to change without notice and will apply to new or renewed packages or service offerings only. Existing contracts will be honored at agreed pricing until contract expiration or termination.
