Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope and Application

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all services provided by WolfPaw Hosting and Development LLC ("WolfPaw"), including but not limited to: website hosting, server hosting and management, website design and development, software and module development, and all related services (collectively, "Services").

This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service. Your compliance with this AUP is a condition of your right to use WolfPaw's Services. This AUP applies to you, your employees, agents, contractors, and end users.

WolfPaw may modify this AUP at any time by posting a revised version. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

This AUP is not exhaustive. WolfPaw reserves complete discretion to determine what constitutes unacceptable use and to suspend or terminate Services, or take any other action WolfPaw deems appropriate, without prior notice.

2. Prohibited Uses

YOU MAY NOT USE WOLFPAW'S SERVICES IN ANY MANNER THAT VIOLATES THIS AUP. WOLFPAW MAY SUSPEND OR TERMINATE YOUR SERVICES IMMEDIATELY AND WITHOUT NOTICE IF IT DETERMINES, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, THAT YOU HAVE VIOLATED THIS AUP. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ACTIVITIES UNDER YOUR ACCOUNT, INCLUDING ACTIVITIES OF YOUR END USERS AND ANY THIRD PARTIES.

WOLFPAW MAY SUSPEND OR TERMINATE YOUR SERVICES UPON RECEIPT OF ANY THIRD PARTY COMPLAINT ALLEGING THAT YOUR USE VIOLATES THIS AUP OR MAY SUBJECT WOLFPAW TO LIABILITY. WOLFPAW MAY REPORT YOUR ACTIVITIES TO LAW ENFORCEMENT.

2.1 Illegal Activity
You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate any illegal activity. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2.2 Spam and Unsolicited Communications
You may not use the Services to send unsolicited bulk communications ("spam") or to host websites advertised via spam. All marketing communications must be permission-based and comply with applicable laws including the CAN-SPAM Act.

2.3 Intellectual Property Infringement
You may not use the Services in any manner that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

2.4 Harmful Content
You may not use the Services to store, transmit, or display:
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - zero tolerance, reported to authorities
• Content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or libelous
• Obscene or indecent material
• Content promoting violence or hatred

2.5 Security Violations
You may not use the Services to:
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Conduct denial of service attacks or interfere with networks
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system or account
• Forge headers or otherwise misrepresent message origins
• Harvest passwords, credentials, or personal information
• Compromise the security or integrity of WolfPaw's systems

2.6 Resource Abuse
You may not use excessive system resources (CPU, memory, bandwidth, disk space) beyond the limits of your service plan. WolfPaw may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that negatively impact system performance or other customers.

2.7 Reputational Harm
You may not use the Services in any manner that, in WolfPaw's sole judgment, may subject WolfPaw to liability, regulatory action, or harm to WolfPaw's reputation, goodwill, or business operations.

3. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

WolfPaw responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). Copyright owners may submit notices to WolfPaw's designated agent:

Notices must comply with DMCA requirements. WolfPaw may disable access to your entire website or account in response to a valid DMCA notice. WolfPaw is not required to respond to notices that do not meet DMCA requirements.

4. IP Addresses

You may only use IP addresses assigned to you by WolfPaw. WolfPaw owns all IP addresses and may change assignments at any time without notice. Use of unauthorized IP addresses will result in immediate suspension.

5. Shared Hosting Customers

If you use shared hosting services, you may not transfer or assign your account without WolfPaw's consent. WolfPaw may impose resource limits on accounts that use excessive system resources.

6. Dedicated Server Customers

If you use dedicated server services, you are solely responsible for security of your server. If your server is involved in an attack or security incident, WolfPaw may shut it down immediately. You are responsible for all costs to remediate security issues.

7. Software and Module Customers

If you use WolfPaw software products or modules, you must use them only as licensed and may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute them except as expressly permitted in the applicable license terms.

8. Privacy and Security

WolfPaw's Privacy Policy is available at http://www.wpcomp.com/legal/privacy-policy.html.

The Internet is not a secure medium. WolfPaw is not responsible for the security of any information transmitted over its Services unless expressly agreed in writing.

9. No Credits or Refunds

WolfPaw does not issue credits or refunds for service interruptions resulting from suspension or termination for AUP violations. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WolfPaw from any claims arising from such suspension or termination.

10. Monitoring and Disclosure

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with this AUP and all applicable laws. WolfPaw does not review, edit, or take responsibility for content you create or host.

WolfPaw may disclose information, including information you consider confidential, to comply with legal process, law enforcement requests, or governmental requirements. WolfPaw has no obligation to notify you of such disclosures.

11. Contact Information

You must maintain accurate contact information with WolfPaw, including a valid email address. WolfPaw is not responsible for communications that fail due to outdated contact information.
